Salmon pie
Simple and beautiful salmon pie fit for a gathering with the family because the pie is quite big.
Ingredients
Dough
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup warm water
3 eggs +1 egg yolk for egg wash
6 tbsp melted butter
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp fresh yeast
Filling
900 gr salmon, file
1 large onion
1 bunch spring onion
1 cup rice
dill
salt+pepper
dry basil
2 tbsp butter
juice from one lime
sesame seeds
